When it comes to finding the right Integration Coach, asking the right questions is very important. Below you will find a compilation of the most common questions I’ve been asked about coaching and the services I provide. DO YOU OFFER A DISCOVERY OR INTAKE CALL?

Yes, after initial contact we will set up a complimentary discovery call that will last up to 30 minutes.  

In addition, I offer a complimentary 30 minute call to all new Ketamine lozenge clients one to two days prior to their first treatment.

ARE ENTHEOGENS/PSYCHEDELICS LEGAL?

This depends on your location and what psychedelics we're talking about.  

Ketamine is legal in the US for use while under the care of a physician.  I do use Ketamine with many of my private clients, along with a prescribing physician, in very small doses, called troches or lozenges. I also work with K+ Clinics based in Orlando, Fl. as their integration specialist as well as an integration coach with a variety of clinics around the country. 

In some states Psilocybin is legal, and the FDA is currently working toward legalizing it and MDMA for this type of work.

I do not supply or direct anyone to any substance that is currently not legal in the state of Florida.

WHAT IS INTEGRATION COACHING & IS IT THE SAME AS THERAPY?

Integration coaching is not therapy.  Therapy is typically an on-going relationship that can last months and even years.  Coaching is a partnership between coach and client that typically ends within 6-12 sessions depending on the desired outcome and their willingness to address and accept what has been holding them back or causing their pain.  The client owns our time together and will be responsible for making the most out of our sessions.  Together we work toward the needs/desires of the client.
